Sign into Banking Circle, then open Recipients in the side bar menu
Click New Recipient in the top right of the page
Enter Name, Account and Financial Institution information for the recipient
Fill in the Address of the recipient, then click Save
The new recipient must be authenticated under Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) by using the Authy app.
Depending on your setup, the recipient may also have to be approved by an internal approver.
